Overview:
This KB will serve as a guide on how Tier 1 will route the queries to BDR team depending on the customer's region.
Process steps:
For APAC Customers:
- If you need to endorse customers within the APAC Region, send an email to Chelsea (ouyangchenzi@agora.io).
For US and EU Customers:
- If you need to endorse customers within the US and European Region, send an email to John Tan (john.tan@agora.io).
For Indian Customers:
- If you need to endorse Indian Customers, send an email to Siva Shankar(siva.shankar@agora.io).
Email Contents:
- Add the Zendesk ticket number, CID, Company Name(if applicable), and the inquiry in the Subject.
- Include in the email body about their company details and a brief information about their use-case/vertical if possible.
